Order a Preliminary appraisal of your property
Make sure that your property is uniformly assessed with similar properties
Obtain tax refunds when applicable

Our fee for services is based on 20% of the tax dollars savings. There will be no charge for our services unless a reduction in your properties assesment is obtained.
